By joining any program with Kerri O’Shea and Associates Pty Ltd, you agree to the following terms:

• You are responsible for your own energy, choices, and participation.
• Our programs are designed for growth through relaxation, reflection, and consistent effort.
• Respect is required — for yourself, for fellow group members, and for Kerri O’Shea and Associates Pty Ltd, including Kerri personally and any associates, facilitators, or team members representing the business.
• Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.
• Our core values are curiosity, compassion, presence, and integrity.

• Programs may be delivered as 1:1 coaching or in group calls.
• Content may include live calls, recorded video, and written resources.
• Where online content is provided (such as call recordings, videos, or PDFs), access will remain available for 24 months from the date of purchase.
• To honor your time and protect the flow of the program; if you need to reschedule a 1:1 call, you may do so up to twice within your program timeframe. A third request to reschedule will result in that call being forfeited. [Applicable to one on one 1:1 coaching only.]

• Full payment is required before a program begins.
• Refunds are not available once payment has been made.
• If unforeseen circumstances arise, rescheduling may be offered for 1:1 coaching calls.
• Disputes will be handled promptly and respectfully.

This program is for people who are ready to commit. It is not suitable if you are:

• Looking for quick fixes or surface solutions.
• Unwilling to reflect on your choices and habits.
• Expecting results without showing up or participating.
• Planning to “test” the program and request a refund.

• Results vary depending on your own choices, attention, and participation.
• We do not guarantee specific financial or personal outcomes.

From time to time we may run promotions or special offers. To keep things clear:

• Promotions are valid only for the dates stated.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless clearly specified.
• Bonuses or add-ons are delivered as described at the time of the promotion.
• Once a promotion period ends, standard pricing and terms apply.

Legal / Export Restrictions

Our programs are delivered online and are available to participants worldwide. There are no export restrictions.
